PNEUMOLOGY
The Pulmonology clinic welcomes patients suffering from acute or chronic problems related to pulmonary or extrapulmonary pathologies that require a precise diagnostic assessment.
A clinical evaluation can be performed at the clinic with transcutaneous oximetry and simple spirometry, a test used to study obstructive bronchopathies, such as asthma and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).
For other respiratory illnesses and problems, a diagnostic and therapeutic pathway will be indicated that is as rapid and appropriate as possible for the patient's needs, using other targeted tests.
Treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases, particularly obstructive pulmonary diseases, and global clinical assessment of the patient.
Dr. Alfredo Gregoris

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Padua, he obtained a double specialization at the same institution, Medical Oncology in 1983, Phthisiology and Respiratory System Diseases in 1989.
He served at San Vito al Tagliamento Hospital from 1978 to 2017, and was a first-level manager for over 25 years.
In the Medical department he dedicated himself to Pulmonology, following the relevant Specialization course, attending courses, conferences and Services of Specialist Divisions.
He carried out independent practical activities including specialist visits, execution and reporting of spirometric tests, bronchial endoscopy (fibrobronchoscopy level I), prescription and follow-up of home oxygen therapy for both inpatients and outpatients.
In addition to his specialist activity, he followed the normal activities of the Medical Department and independently performed the relevant diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (thoracentesis, paracentesis, bone biopsies and marrow aspirates, etc.).
He has taught numerous courses at the nursing school in the subjects of Social Medicine, General Pathology, Geriatrics and Medical Pathology, and has collaborated in the drafting of scientific publications and communications at various conferences on pathologies related to Internal Medicine.
In private practice since 2017, he organized the Pneumology clinic at POLISMedica in San Vito al Tagliamento.
