Technical tools (always active)
These are needed for the website to work and do not require consent.
- Your cookie choice: the website remembers in your browser (local storage, key
pm-consenso) whether you accepted or rejected measurement cookies, so that it does not show you the banner on every page. Your choice lasts 6 months, after which you will be asked again.
The website does not use technical session cookies or its own profiling cookies.
Measurement and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): it allows us to measure how well our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram work, for example how many people go from the website to the booking system. It records the pages visited and clicks on “Book online”, on the phone number and on WhatsApp. It sets third-party cookies (for example
_fbp, lasting 90 days). Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Until you give your consent, these tools are not loaded. If you reject them or close the banner with the X, the website works in exactly the same way.
At present the website does not use Google Analytics or other statistical tools.
How to change your choice
You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings.
External services
Some buttons lead to services outside the website, which have their own cookie rules: the online booking system and online reports (online.polismedica.it), WhatsApp, Google Maps for directions. The website does not load them until you open them.
Updates
Last updated: October 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
